Yo traduciría así. En Derecho Extranjero y Comparado y en Práctica Profesional vimos hasta el cansancio que "interests" son lo que en español llamamos "derechos". Puede haber derechos de diversa índole, es verdad, por eso aquí en el caso de este triplete decimos que son derechos de propiedad, ya que incluyen right and title.
