Elemento fundamental para entrar a valorar la existencia de contrato de seguro y, por ello, para examinar el motivo, es el análisis de la facultad que puede tener el Corredor de Seguros para vincular a la compañía aseguradora, con la que colabora en una determinada gestión de la contratación de un seguro.
