“Catch Up TV Rights” means the right for a period of up to the maximum number of days specified in the Schedule from the first Authorised Transmission of a Programme (and such further Authorised Transmissions specifically referred to in the Schedule as relevant) (“the Catch up Period”) on a Free television service to make that Programme available to the public by electronic transmission enabling subscribers to record that Programme by means of delivering a copy which can only be accessed and viewed by subscribers during the Catch up Period provided always that no permanent copy or reproduction of that Programme (or any part of it) shall be made.
