Se trata de un fideicomiso discreccional, en el que el fideicomitente tiene FACULTADES DISCRECCIONALES DE ADSCRIPCIÓN... Hay que distinguir entre "adscribir el patrimonio del fondo fiduciario a favor de [..] a partes [...] y "crear el fideicomiso"...
