Hello everyone!

This week I am translating a large Services Agreement. I keep running into: "the manufacturer and/or the Employment Company" throughout the document. I am not really sure how to translate it.

My options are: "la Compañía Laboral", "la Empresa de trabajo", but I am not sure.

Explanation:
I understand it as the company who is doing the employing. If the company doesn't hire their own employees but is like what we call in the U.S. a temp agency, then Agencia de Contratación would be better.

  -> Sí, pero yo sencillamente puse mi respuesta completa, según el significado--si es un empleador "regular" o una agencia que se especializa en la contratación de empleados temporales o permanentes. No estaba imitando su respuesta adrede. Saludos también

agree  Stella Hall: Creo que 'empresa contratante' es una expresion mas clara que "contratanate". No olvidemos que 'manufacturer' puede ser 'fabricante'.
