If that is the case, why not a combination of previous glossary entries? Just some ideas: 1) Certificado vigente de existencia y representación legal; ó 2) Certificado de Situación Idónea y Vigencia Legal. Would that work in your context? Hope the suggestions are useful.

Hi Taña, yes this is a Certificate, as I said. The country is British Virgin Islands and there is no more context, since this sentence is all alone. The next one just points out the company's registered address.
I have previously consulted the other entries at ProZ, but none of them is suitable here or includes both "good standing" and "legal" :)

Have you consulted the glossary are there are many entries which may suit your context. I gather it is a certificate (?). Examples:
