English term or phrase:Signed Nondisclosure Authorization
I believe a "nondisclosure agreement se traduce como "contrato de confidencialidad", but I am not quite sure. My skimpy West legal diccionary does not include it.
A "Nondisclosure authorization" sounds almost like a contradiction in terms, and the "signed" part does not specify who is the signatory. Unfortunately, I do not have further context than this:
Customer must have a SIGNED Nondisclosure Authorization
Explanation: "Authorization" is indeed a contradiction.
Searching the internet for the full expression "Nondisclosure Authorization" doesn't bring a single match. Although it shouldn't be the last word, the truth is that it's not a common expression at all.
I think that they have meant a "nondisclosure agreement or statement", then it makes sense.
My 2 pennies :o)

María Eugenia might be right.
It might be Disclosure Authorisation, i.e. \"una autorización de divulgación\" (de lo que sea que se trate)
In any case, I think you should better contact the client to clarify what they meant.
It\'s either \"nondisclosure agreement\" or \"disclosure authorization\".
Thanks so much to all for helping me confirm there was something fishy about this term. I wrote to the author and he recognized he screwed up. Well, not really, but I suggested "Customer must sign a Nondisclosure Agreement" as one of the possibilities and he agreed. 4 KudoZ points were awarded for this answer
Hola, George. Absolutamente de acuerdo. Debera decir Signed Disclosure Authorization. Los Nondisclosure Agmts. s se llaman Contratos o Convenios de Confidencialidad, pero esto sera lo contrario. Saludos y suerte, mew
