celebrar, otorgar un convenio


Explanation:
Se celebra o se otorga un convenio. Una vez celebrado u otorgado éste, proceden las partes a ejecutar (to perform) lo convenido o acordado.

"Execute" en el caso es celebrar, otorgar. Ejecutar es falso amigo.
