El diccionario Jurídico de Alcaraz Varó define survey como "informe, estudio, deslinde, catastro, medición". Ya que la cláusula posterior habla de contratos de arrendamiento, tambiés se usa "apeo, agrimensura".

En el futuro, recomiendo que dividas tu frase en partes, de ese modo si alguien te puede ayudar con una fracción de tu frase lo podrá hacer. También es mejor para el glosario.
