"The assignment includes the right to recover damages and/or an account of profits against third parties for infringement of the Trade Marks"
I found that "account of profits in relation to trade marks means: the profit made by the infringer
in selling the infringing copies. However, I do not know whether there is a specific phrase in Spanish for this.
My for the phrase is: " La cesión incluye el derecho a obtener indemnizaciones por daños y perjuicios y/o las ganancias derivadas de la infracción cometida respecto de terceros por la violación de los derechos emergentes de las Marcas"
