The Licensee shall give the Licensor immediate written notice of the completion of the last transmission of each Programme and such additional information concerning ***exploitation of Programmes*** under Schedule as the Licensor may reasonably request. By way of example only, such additional information may include a full report on all transmissions of Programmes made by the Licensee.

Explanation:
'exploitation' refers not only to the main scheduled transmissions of the programme, but also the use of extracts as 'trailers' to attract viewers, 'clips' shown in other programmes perhaps as the basis for critical reviews, etc. The 'additional information' mentioned in the ST refers to these 'peripheral' showings of parts of the programme, or of related media content such as 'the making of' stuff.

As Lorena has sugested in the discussion box, 'exploitation' just means 'use' in plain English, although the usual term Spanish in the broadcast business is 'exhibición', as seen in this webref from the Chilean TV watch-dog body:
