Se trata de un Escrito de Oposición en el que aparece el siguiente párrafo como introduccióna a los fundamentos en los que se basa la oposición:

"As grounds for this Opposition, Opposer relies upon the rights developed by it and alleges on knowledge as to itself and otherwise upon information and belief, as follows"

Me suena a fórmula introductoria pero en los modelos de escritos que generalmente utilizo, no encuentro algo tan solemne. ¿Alguna idea? Gracias, como siempre.
