Explanation:
Parece una renuncia expresa del comprador a sus derechos limitándose a estar amparado únicamente por la garantía contractual. Un pacto bastante leonino en principio.

(El comprador supongo) se compromete a no poder demandar (en realidad renuncia) (al vendedor) que en el momento de la venta le haya mentido (mediante falsas declaraciones o manifestaciones engañosas). Se entiende que el comprador quedará indefenso porque en caso de haberlos conocido la falta de veracidad de esas declaraciones, no hubiera hecho la adquisición. El segundo "remedy" (haría falta más contexto) debe señalar que solamente le queda declarar un incumplimiento de la garantía contractual general.
