Never heard the term libertad preparatoria. As for the website got the link from www.Firstgov.gov in spanish to a website in english but www.oijj.org is in spanish. The \"Real Academia de la Lengua Española\" defines \"juvenil\" as: pertaining to the stage in human development before reaching adulthood.
