No debes cambiar DOCE por DOUE. Aunque ahora se llame DOUE, el número al que se hace referencia corresponde al boletín cuanto todavía tenía la denominación antigua. Del mismo modo que no cambias CEE por UE, no debes cambiar DOCE por DOUE
