Estoy terminando una edición, y éste es uno de los términos en el que no estoy muy segura. La opción que tengo es "promulgar".

"All employees also have a responsibility to observe and ENACT the company's policy [...]"

Si tienen alguna otra sugerencia aparte de "promulgar" sería magnífico... y qué piensan de "promulgar" en sí?

además de promulgar, que es traducción más directa, pero en el contexto no suena. Así que busqué en varios diccionarios antiguos que tengo y también aparece "adoptar una medida" que en esta frase tiene como más sentido
