English to Spanish translations [PRO] Law (general) | | English term or phrase: ARREST RECORD | | Esta frase aparece en un certificado de antecedentes penales de EUA, en una parte donde el FBI declara que la persona no tiene antecedentes. Pero esta es mi duda...traducir "arrest record" por "antecedentes penales"...o ser más literal y dejar "antecedentes de arrestos o detenciones". No estoy segura si es lo mismo...o si con "antecedentes penales" estoy ampliando el sentido de la frase "arrest record". En el "Black's Law Dictionary" dice por "Arrest Record": cummulative record of instances in which a person has been arrested...(esto también me hace dudar...). Gracias por adelantado....Lorena. |
