English term or phrase: Enriched housing
Hello, everyone. I'm translating a text about the NY guvernamental rental programs for senior citizens. Does anyone know how to translate the term "Enriched housing" into Spanish?

(Definition: form of apartment housing for older adults which provides meals, housekeeping, homemaking/chores, transportation, social activities, and some personal care assistance. Rent and services are included in the monthly charge. This housing is licensed and regulated by the New York State Department of Health).

Thans in advance!
