Me parece que hay un pequeño error en el apóstrofe, el cual debería quedar luego de la palabra Contractor, así: Contractor's. De ahí, el resto de la frase se desprende con claridad:

"Los Contratistas contratados por la Compañía..."

La parte de "are required" está en plural por ser Contractors' y no Contractor's. No tiene sentido tener un posesivo como "Contractor's" seguido de un verbo. Debe ser un error de colocación de apóstrofe.
