I need help tranlating the following sentence..it appears at the end of a Mexican sworn statement report:


Siendo todo lo que tiene que declarar, firmando al calce y al margen para constancia en union de los testigos de asistencia con los que legalmente se actua y da fe.

Siendo todo lo que tiene que declarar, firmando al calce y al margen para constancia en union de los testigos de asistencia con los que legalmente se actua y da fe = this is all he/she has to declare, signing down (on the margin and below) for proof, together with the witnesses with whom they legally act and testify.

dar fe = to testify
