Creo que lo que quiere decir la frase es, más o menos, ".... a adquirir y tener en el nombre de la Compañía y en el de cualquier Nominee (persona interpuesta) acciones....(y aquí supongo que continúa la frase)" Según el diccionario de términos económicos, financieros y comerciales de Enrique Alcaraz Varó y Brian Hughes, "nominee" es, entre otras cosas (persona designada, representante), una persona o compañía interpuesta; un tenedor nominativo de un título cuyo dueño es otro.
