El calendario para cursar pedimentos y rendir argumentos en el juzgado de lo civil Explanation: This is really long, and I apologize, but I'm not sure right now what the equivalent is in legal spanish. This is all one term, though......it isn't "civil law" and "motion calendar", it is the law and motion calendar in civil court, and this is simply where motions are made and the law is argued, in preparation for trial.......that's it! -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 hr (2007-04-03 16:08:49 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- It's called a calendar, because the judge will usually deal with more than one scheduled case. |
