English term or phrase: Plan of domestication. Approval of the redomestication of Co. to the State of X.

This is the "findings of fact" section of a document whereby an insurance company is domesticated and redomesticated to another state. Assuming that domestication is "traslado de jurisdicción", what would "redomestication" mean if it refers to the same place? (Could it be "reubicación"?).
