Primero que nada, les aclaro que "Notwithst" es "Notwithstanding" así completito, pero yo no tenía espacio y necesitaba que "remedies" quedara en la frase.

Lo siento, de nuevo hay una palabrita aquí que me confunde (y la busqué en consultas previas de Kudoz, pero logro "acomodarla" en mi contexto). Les agradezco muchísimo. El contexto es el siguiente:

"Notwithstanding the above sentence to the contrary, owner shall commence remediation of the Site or the Plant and correction of all violations of Environmental Laws".
