Law/Patents - Law (general)
English term or phrase: leave to replead
¿alguien conoce la frase usada en español? va contexto: "I request that you (dirigiéndose al juez) grant leave to replead if you feel that the causes of action are presently insufficiently pled".

Black's Law Dictionary:
replead: 1. to plead again or anew; to file a new pleding, esp. to correct a defect in an earlier pleading. 2. to make a repleader.

repleader: A court order or judgment - issued on the motion of a party who suffered an adverse verdict - requiring the parties to file new pleadings because of some defect in the original pleadings.
