What is the Spanish equivalent of "NoZone" or "No Zone" when we talk about sexual harassment?
Here's some context:

Harassment laws create a private space or zone where every team member has the right to be protected at work from unwelcome behavior or remarks about race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin or disability.
We call each team member's private space: "The Unwelcome Zone" or "The NoZone."

I appreciate you help!
