Otra opción quizás podría ser 'con carácter irreversible e irrevocable', pero en términos legales siempre he visto emplear 'con', ¡saludos!

agree  Agustina González Grucci: se utiliza "con carácter...", se refiere a la característica del poder/autorización. Me queda la duda del "irreparable", no tiene mucho sentido en español...

Explanation:
Para mí el "irreparable" es que no puede ser susceptible de rectificación ulterior, o sea, inalterable.

No estaría usado en el sentido habitual de "irreparable", como que no se puede reparar. Aquí se trata de un poder que se otorga y no se puede ni alterar ni revocar.
