"valuable consideration: causa contractual de valor cierto"

Y "reasonable" tiene una traducción de "fundado" o "fundada" en este caso que es pertinente.

Explanation:
Es un elemento infaltable de los contratos, que le confiere un beneficio a la contraparte. Me parece que lo de reasonable es un poco redundante, yo no lo traduciría.
