NOTA: se está determinando por qué causa (no porque) el decreto de disolución del matrimonio en cuestión es ahora absoluto, que es debido a que no se presentaron pruebas que justifiquen lo contrario. En otras palabras, se está aprobando la disolución de un matrimonio porque no hubo causa que demuestre que la pareja debe seguir casada.
