Se trata de la junta/reunión de los fundadores de la sociedad, pero ¿qué pasa cuando solo hay un único fundador? ¿Tiene sentido decir "Junta del Fundador"?
Hablar de junta del fundador en singular me resulta curioso porque al ser una única persona, a mi juicio, no tiene sentido hacer una junta...
¿Qué opináis?

Aunque en ingles 'minutes' se usa en plural, 'acta' se usa en singular, a menos que se trate de varias juntas(reuniones)
