He encontrado como indictment "escrito de acusación" y como summons "citación judicial" (supongo que es esto ya que writ of summons es citación judicial) pero a la hora de buscar textos paralelos o ver el resultado final no me convence. Cualquier sugerencia será de gran ayuda.

"count" es un cargo, también lo encuentras traducido como acusación. Creo que la sugerencia que daba antes te sirve. Te sugiero que revises el texto buscando unidad terminológica, por supuesto. Suerte!

Decidí poner "count" como imputación ya que he utilizado el término "cargo" para "charge" ¿es correcto igualmente? conforme a lo que he leído, "count" es " each separate charge in a criminal action".
