Are you sure that "hml" are not the initials of the Deputy Clerk? BTW, they should be lower case and not upper case (not HML). In some entries (see link), the entry has "jnl", or "cag", and following "Signed by Judge xxx on xx (xx, Deputy Clerk). The one abbreviation that I know is c/m = case management.
