Law/Patents - Law (general) | | English term or phrase: to record a conviction | hola a todos, no tengo idea de cómo traducir "record" en este caso, ya que registrar o inscribir una sentencia no es correcto. ("conviction" lo he traducido como "sentencia"). He aquí el contexto y mi intento:
the particulars are so different from what the evidence
establishes that a conviction should not be recorded
los datos son tan diferentes de lo que las pruebas establecen que no se puede procesar una sentencia.
