However, that is still a guess! As said before there are a 1,001 different codes. IMO, as a translator you are not obliged to decipher these acronyms, particularly the US Justice System where there are a million possibilities.

Lo siento, como dije esto aprace en la parte superior a la derecha de la orden de arresto, se emitió en "CETRAL DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA" el único contexto que les puedo dar son los cargos de que se le acusa:
Ct 1: Conspiracy to possess marijuana wiht intent to distribute.
Ct 2: possession of Mmarijuana wiht intent to distribute.

Are you asking us to decipher what P-Cr means without additional context? Often times, the US Justice System has a 1,001 different codes, depending on the type of case, etc. etc.
