English to Spanish translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Law (general) / Trust Fund/Fideicomiso | | English term or phrase: INTERESTED | Contexto:
"In the exercise of any of the foregoing powers the Trustee may make a paymehnt to the trustee of any other trust wherever established or existing under which any of the Beneficiaries is INTERESTED and for such purposes a person shall be deemed to be INTERESTED under a trust..."
¿A qué se refiere exactamente con INTERESTED? Creo que es algo específico de los contratos de fideicomiso, pero no encuentro información precisa.
¡Gracias de antemano! |

\"interest\" is not restsricted to trusts. In Black\'s Law Dictionary it is explained that an interest is a legal share in something. So, in this case, beneficiaries of the trust have a legal share of it.
