Law/Patents - Law (general) / Trust Fund/Fideicomiso
English term or phrase: INTERESTED
Contexto:
"In the exercise of any of the foregoing powers the Trustee may make a paymehnt to the trustee of any other trust wherever established or existing under which any of the Beneficiaries is INTERESTED and for such purposes a person shall be deemed to be INTERESTED under a trust..."
¿A qué se refiere exactamente con INTERESTED? Creo que es algo específico de los contratos de fideicomiso, pero no encuentro información precisa.

\"interest\" is not restsricted to trusts. In Black\'s Law Dictionary it is explained that an interest is a legal share in something. So, in this case, beneficiaries of the trust have a legal share of it.
