las sugerencias anteriores estan bien, ya depende de la región de donde eres, o de la terminología que quieras usar; y como comenta una de las personas lo de "deputy" si es la persona que actua en lugar de, por lo que, para una mejor definición puedes usar "Registrador o Funcionario Suplente"
