gravamen inferior Explanation: "lien" siempre quiere decir, en textos financieros y económicos, "gravamen", "carga". Aquí, "junior" sólo califica al sustantivo gravamen para decirnos de qué tipo es (en este caso, inferior). Tengo mucha experiencia en contratos y textos financieros.
