The original text doesn't make sense to me. My guess is that it is itself a translation and that it is trying to say something like "at the above rate" (rate and slope can be similar).

My translation is based on this assumption. "Above" can be translated in other ways, eg, "ya indicado", mencionado/indicado arriba", "susodicho"... depending on the context you might prefer one of these
