Hola! Los torts son por definición ACTOS ILÍCITOS desde el punto de vista CIVIL. Abarcar los delitos y cuasidelitos.

Algo interesante para compartir:
los abogados en Argentina usan la palabra "ilícito" como sustantivo (no lo es, es un adjetivo) por ej: el ilícito fue cometido...
Hace poquito compartí este planteo con todopodersoso Thomas West y a él le pareció buena mi idea de traducir
"ILÍCITO" (bien amplia...) por ILLEGAL ACT o ILLEAL OFFENSE/CE ...
En fin... abogados....

Volviendo a tu pregunta yo diría "acto ilícito de naturaleza civil"...
