se tiene aquí reproducido como si a la letra se insertase.

You can also use "el anexo/apéndice ___ constituye parte integral del presente contrato".

Of course, you can make changes to accomodate what exactly is incorporated. I am also a lawyer in Mexico, so I hope this helps.
