Explanation:
Esa es la expresión que se usa en el puerto de Buenos Aires. Generalmente son oficiales que salen en los remolcadores a recibir a los buques de gran calado y los guían en su entrada a puerto, cuando se trata, como en Buenos Aires de puertos que han debido ser dragados por su poca profundidad.
También se los llama Prácticos de Puerto.
