¿De qué país es? ¿No estarán "retrotraduciendo" al castellano una traducción al inglés de "pidiéndose una acta del presente"? El problema es que JAMÁS he visto "act" como "acta", ni mencionado como tal ni en Webster's ni en el Black's Law Dictionary (salvo una acepción en el Webster's como "documento" pero asociado con los proyectos de ley que finalmente se promulgan como ley).
