English term or phrase: interrogatory
In fact, this is not a request for translating a term... I´m just looking for help of my more digitally advanced colleagues in search of an on-line sample of an interrogatory (it mostly deals with real estate questions). And then, what is an accepted English equivalent for the Spanish "Se confiese ser cierto que.." It is acknowledged that..? And thanks to those who answered to my previous question about "pliego de condiciones"
