Explanation:
En este tipo de cláusulas hay que tener cuidado, porque "termination" es tanto el "vencimiento o la expiración" (porque se terminó el plazo o porque ya se cumplió el objeto del contrato) como la "rescisión" (que es por decisión voluntaria de las partes antes del fin del plazo, o contractual porque se incurrió en algún tipo de incumplimiento).

Para quedar cubierta, te sugiero poner las dos cosas, o sea "... en el inventario a la fecha de vencimiento o rescisión del presente Contrato".
