Entiendo que se trata del trabajo de un empleado en otra empresa, pero si tiene una mejor opción se las agradeceré. :)

Explanation:
M. te cuento que en Argentina el empleado o trabajador tiene en deber de no competencia según el derecho laboral que consiste en no participar en actividades relacionadas con clientes, competidores o proveedores. Este deber se desprende del principio de "FIDELIDAD" que se deben entre empleado y empleador. Espero que te sirva.
