English term or phrase: ¿hay algún error aquí?
"Signature of the father or Guardian marriage* with those connected whom the marriage was solemnized"
* puede ser también marriaged, porque aparece medio ilegible (pero aún tendría menos sentido!!!)

Es un certificado de matrimonio (entre dos personas de la India)

No entiendo este apartado. No le encuentro el sentido. ¿hay algún error en el original?

Explanation:
Guardian of the marriage is a figure wer might not know inourculture. In my opinion this figure is equivalent to the Godfather inthe Christian Culture.
Obviously it refers tothe bride.Hope it helps.

He consultado con mis amigos de India: la figura de un " Guardian marriage" es equivalente a la de padrino de boda, pero tiene un peso específico mucho mayor en la sociedad de India que en culturas occidentales. De hecho no es sólo una figura simbólica, sino que dicho guardián tiene obligación contractual de velar por el bienestar económico y espiritual de la pareja que contrae matrimonio.

  -> Yes, I agree: actually I am investigating why all my friends from India gave me that "Guardian marriage" instead of "marriage Guardian"; I will let you know that and also how do they say it in their local languages.
