Te copio la definición de "infringe" del Alcaraz Varó: "infringir, violar, vulnerar (...). La palabra infringe y sus derivados aluden principalmente a la violación, vulneración, etc. de los derechos de patentes (patents), marcas comerciales (trademarks), derechos de autor (copyrights) etc. Exp: infringe a contract/right rule: infringir un contrato, derecho, norma infringe a patent: vulnerar una patente" Suerte |
