"Administration" en este contexto no creo que se refiera a procesos administrativos, sino a la administración de la herencia yacente, la masa de bienes y derechos que se transmiten en herencia antes de su aceptación por los llamados a la sucesión mortis causa, por lo que cualquier traducción que haga referencia a administración hereditaria o fiduciaria creo que es la correcta.
