por razones o motivos que considere convenientes...


Explanation:
traducir simplemente "For convenience"
suena un poco duro en espanol. Por eso creo conveniente anadir las palabras 'por razones o motivos'.

agree  buadog: por un motivo de conveniencia (ya que de lo que se tratará será de la ausencia de esta última, como si fuera por rentabilidad, mérito etc.)
