un fideicomiso domiciliado en Nueva Zelanda, creado/establecido por una persona no residente, y sin ingresos de fuente neocelandesa, no está sujeto a imposición en Nueva Zelanda... las normas que lo regulan son similares a y derivadas del fideicomiso tal cual existe en el Reino Unido.

Hay una tentación de decir Fideicomiso neocelandés pero como abogado siento rechazo de conceptos que se acerquen a una pretendida nacionalidad de personas de existencia ideal

Explanation:
I'm not going to press the usfructo point.

I feel adding the vague 'constituted' -domiciled in NZ rather overseas might be jumping the gun and pre-empting the tax status - and dotacion or aportacion extranjera might be useful qualifications.
